David Schaus
David is a proud father to two boys who were both born in Hong Kong. In Hong Kong since 20024 and originally from New Hampshire, USA, he served in the United States Navy and is the founder of a successful group of companies in Asia in the maritime, manufacturing, technology and e-learning industries.
Through Talos Foundation, he launched a series of corporate events in Hong Kong in partnership with Café 8 to normalize employment for neurodiverse people, especially non speaking people. These events are proudly sponsored by companies every third Thursday of the month, and called “Splice the Mainbrace,” a nautical term, and honoring the group of original supporters of the event – the maritime and veterans community in Hong Kong. He looks forward to making positive change through employment normalization one small step at a time.
